KUNDO Home Solutions GmbH, St. Georgen
In the vast, nearly incomprehensible range of smart home and living assistance systems, our KUNDO Home Solutions Black Forest customer occupies a genuinely unique position with its baseCON product: through intelligent technology and consistent, strategic downsizing, baseCON is the simplest functioning system on the market. baseCON thereby attracts a large number of people who are not – nor wish to be – technical nerds and, despite that, do not want to avoid technical solutions.
Our task: Develop and implement a communications concept to introduce the system. The special feature: We had already participated in the design process from the beginning of the development of the system and developed the UI and UX design for analog and digital system use.
For the required communications task, we defined and structured the approach to the target group via a uniform, overarching theme and flexibly applicable messaging on the benefits as suited to the target group. Safety and comfort are in focus here. In addition, we adapted the appearance of the company brand as already implemented by us to the baseCON product brand.
The individual communications building blocks arose based on this, for example a line of reasoning flip chart as a sales aid for the sales force, a stationary and mobile presentation wall as a functional model for the POS, off- and online announcement displays, a line of reasoning flyer for renters and owners of housing-cooperatives and, as a central base of information for all target groups, the baseCON product brand website. The first field tests thus best accompanied in terms of communication were a complete success.
